If the bust has sagged but kept its volume, a lift alone is usually enough. If volume was also lost, especially in the upper breast, combining it with implants is considered. A study of 149 patients by Mexico City surgeons found the highest satisfaction with a lift alone (75 of 75), versus 16 of 26 with lift and augmentation and 17 of 48 with implant exchange. Sagging is measured with the <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/1261176\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Regnault<\/a> classification by nipple position; volume is judged by shape, especially in the upper breast.
